Step 1) Please read TERMS & AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


Step 2) Fill and “Submit” PART ONE of the REGISTRATION FORM

Step 3) You will receive a call from CSD.ca. to complete PART TWO of the REGISTRATION FORM

Step 4) Once approved, the Event Fee payment of $50.00 (Minus Any Discounts) can be made via: Interac e-TRANSFER (a.k.a. Email Money Transfer)   -(OR)-   PayPal (i.e., VISA - MasterCard - AMEX - Discover Card - PayPal Account - VISA Debit).
